Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Responsible for developing and managing our agency partnerships by leading, motivating, and directing to achieve sales goals and business objectives of Mt. Morris Mutual.

Duties and Responsibilities
Their duties including but are not limited to the following:
• Ensure that products, growth, and loss ratios are tracking with Mt. Morris Mutual's strategy.
• Market and front-line underwrite new business opportunities with independent agents.
• Oversee growth and loss ratios within agency partnerships.
• Provide product and systems training where needed.
• Conduct on-site visits to both new business prospects and renewal policyholders.
• Build and sustain relationships with independent agency partners.
• Work cohesively with underwriting on account oversight.
• Serve as a resource manager for appointed Mt. Morris Mutual agency force.
